Can't backup Database

I can open Gopher, I can see my customer info etc...but when I go to Backup I get this error: Cannot open backip file C:\DOCUME~1\Ric\LOCALS~1\Temp\GOPHER2002.GBK

I did nothing between when I backed up yesterday and today...how can I fix this? Thanks!

Hi Ric3077,

Can reboot your computer and then delete the GOPHER2002.GBK file.

Then try to back up your Gopher.

See if that resolves this issue.
