I have gone through the manual installation process and tried to HotSync but nothing happens. I ma runniong Windows XP Media Center Edition. HotSync Manager 4.0. McAfee Security Suite. And Have a Palm Tungsten E

If you right-click on the hotsync manager in the system tray and choose Custom, do you see Gopher Palm Module listed there?

That means that the Gopher conduit is not registered. Try this:
Click on Start | Run and then type
REGSVR32 "C:\Program Files\Ditech\Gopher 2003\GopherPalmConduit.dll"
and click OK. This assumes your GopherPalmConduit.dll file is located in "C:\Program Files\Ditech\Gopher 2003\"
Please tell us what the window says when you run the above command.

There is no window just an hour glass and then nothing. And I have Gopher 2006 so that is the folder name where it is located.

Can you try shutting down other programs that are running include programs in your system tray (by the clock). Try running that REGSVR32 command again. If that still doesn't work then shut down any virus software you have and try it again.

You can also try deleting your existing GopherPalmConduit.dll file and downloading it again from here:
http://www.gophersoftware.com/palmbeta/

Be sure to save the GopherPalmConduit.dll file to the same location you had it before.

Please let us know if any of these steps make a difference.

Yes! Downloading the new .dll did the trick. You guys rock!!!
