Restoring customer database from backup file

I've searched the forums and I haven't been able to find directions on how to restore the customer database. I switched computers and backed up the customer files, but now I can't figure how to import it into the software. Thanks for any assistance.

I think it was sent. Maybe check your email spam filter folder? It could have been filtered.
