mass reschedule

I am having trouble making the mass reschedule work. It seems to work fine for some customers, but it leaves a lot of them off the job calendar. Any tricks to making it work?

Are there any similarities with the customer group it is not working with? For instance were they scheduled as one-time jobs or something like that?

Also which version of Gopher are you using?

I am using Gopher 3.2.15 ** I am trying to reschedule all of last years weekly mowing accounts. Looks like I may have been trying to schedule jobs already in that date range. The last two attempts proves a success. Thanks.
