Invoice Template Set up Question

When a printed invoice is folded 3 times to be placed in envelope, the date description amount box remains on the top portion of folded invoice. My question is can it be moved down a little so it is in the top of the middle portion of invoice?
Each section is about 3 5/8 Inch when paper is folded.

Right now there is no way to move that section.
