I just started doing chemicals and I offered a 5% discount for customers who pre-pay for the apps. for the entire year. Some of these customers are also mowing customers but the mowing part of the bill is billed on a monthly basis.


My question is how do I credit the account for the fert. without effecting the mowing balance? Or is it even possible.

Gopher does not have an option to calculate a percentage discount based on a particular service. You can apply a % discount to an entire invoice once it exists. But there is no automatic discount option available. The easiest thing to do might be to manually adjust the service price for the chemical job to reflect the new lower price.
