Is it possible to give customers discounts?

You can discount an individual invoice by a percent or a flat fee. What exactly were you looking to accomplish?

How do you go about doing that? I have an ad out that gives 10% off a fall cleanup if they mention the ad. How would I apply the 10%?

Edit the invoice on the invoice list, click the "Discount %" button and then enter the percentage.
