Printing Invoice to word or PDF

I am still working with the trial and I do like a lot of what I see.

I was sorry to hear that Lawnmail was back burnered. The ability to emial invoices and estimates was very high on my wish list.

It seems that I saw something, in the online training, about printing reports (that includes invoices) to PDF file. I also thought from a thread in the ******** forum that Gopher could print to WORD.

Can you help me??? Without the ability to emial invoices......sigh

you can "print" them to PDF and attach them in your emails, that is what I do.

I didn't think pinting to PDF showed as an option on my trail software with v3.1.12 downloaded.

After your reply, I looked deeper and there it was.

Hi Thill,

We are working on rebuilding Lawnmail now.

To print invoices to pdf:
- make sure you have the latest Gopher 2004 version from http://www.getgopher.com/update
- then when you print an invoice, choose print to file and choose the pdf option.

Let us know if that works.
