Customer Schedules at a glance

I am still looking at Gopher on a trial basis and am asking lots of questions. Hopefully not so many you guys get tired of me.

I am using the search function and going through the online training repeatedly. Haven't found this one yet.

How do I look at a customer schedule quickly. They only way I have found thus far is to go to schedule, click on dates until I find the client I want, edit the service and click through the 5 steps. There has to be a better way. Help?

Hi Tom,

Can you go to the Schedule page, Job list tab and put the person's name in the name filter at the bottom.

Gopher,

It helps quite a bit if you edit each specific jobs by property. It shows forward dates but does not show dates past.

Unfortunately the history report does not show property identification which is needed for our several multiproperty clients that have the same services.

Thanks for the help.

Due to our client base, we need a more comprehensive client/property/service/schedule report with history.

The new update in Gopher 2004 (http://www.getgopher.com/update) has a feature to show property in the history report.
