Chemical Applications

What I would like to do is to do two things; have it for the applicators name (me) and my certification number is already loaded every time when filling out a new chemical, without having to add it.

Is there a way to do this, or do I just have to enter everything manually?

When you say filling out a new chemical, are you referring to entering a new chemical to your list of chemicals?
