not posting fertilization price

Ok, so I already had all of the customers prices setup in the customer section under their property size and the price per 1,000 sq ft for fertilization. It even showed me their price for the service that it would be once completed.

So I finished fertilization today for my customers, click on completed, yet none of the customers prices posted at all. It just showed $0.00. I had to manually enter their prices.

Am I missing something that didn't make the customers prices post after I clicked "Completed" at the end of the day?

How did you schedule the jobs? Are you using the Job Series or just normally scheduling them in the calendar? Can you walk us through how you did it?
