Ok here it goes i dont know if i am going to explain this right but, If i click on a certain day in the schedule i have a charge for X $ amount. I know i entered it probably through the matrix but how do i view what that charge to a customer is for without making an invoice.

Hi lawnsrusinc.,

Right click on the job listed below your schedule calendar and then left click on edit job. You will then be able to click to the billing step to see what that specific job's fee is.

it wont show up becasue i believe the service was done through the matrix option.

Hi lawnsrusinc.,

You should see that in the completed jobs tab in the schedule page. The price will be listed there.

Oh i see, does it keep compiling until it is turned into an invoice.

Hi lawnsrusinc.,

All of the matrix jobs you complete will reside in the completed jobs tab until you generate your invoices.
