"I use DocuPrinter LT

Was $20 and works awesome. Just print any document and select "DocuPrinter" as the printer and it creates a nice PDF.

Can you really tell the difference between quickbooks invoice and a pdf invoice?

The goal is they look very similar. However in pdf format they can be viewed in a web browser.
