Anonthe question can I somehow write a form letter in word then merge it with my customer list? I'm resding the book but can't find this option.

Yes. Go to the top left of your screen FILE | EXPORT CUSTOMER LIST. You can then create a tab-delimited text file that you can then use in your word mail merge function.
