I would like to set up categories like Auto, Supplies, Chemicals , etc. and make entries where needed and than get a report of what and how much $ per category. Is this possable ?

Hi excel25,

Yes you can set up categories and make entries. You can then make an expense report and it will show the expenses listed in category order.

I will attach a sample image of a report.
