default service?

Help, I am reviewing my year for taxes and have found that on several of my customers it shows up to 3 default services in one month. How in the world do I get those off of there? My revenue also shows to be much higher than my payments in some months add up to.....how do I correct that?

Hi Lawn Cop,

Can you go into the invoice and delete those line items?

Then you can go to the top of the program FUNCTIONS | UPDATE CUSTOMER BALANCES.

See if that takes care of everything.
