I have a Home Owners Asso. that has multiple houses for only one billing. This is contracted in 12 equal payments with full service lawn maintenance. How do I individualize each property and the work performed for a given month and keep the price set at the same for that property.
For example: I have set each property to show the standard monthly charge with a service ID of Lawn Mowing Service. But, on the off season I'm not mowing and the price is still the same. I don't want the bill to say Lawn Mowing Service.
How can I do this to show that I trimmed the hedges and other stuff with the contracted price remaining the same.
