Is there a way to enter a senior discount for certain customers?

That's a great idea James! Right now there isn't a way to schedule it separately. You could potentially create a service that has a description of 'Weekly cut - Senior Discount.' If you scheduled in such a job, that is what would appear in the line item of the invoice.
