Try this link here. You should be able to download the help file.

Hold your shift key down when you click on the file name to force your browser to pop up a save as window. Then save it to your desktop.

Let me know if you have any problems with that.

THAT PUTS IT ON MY DESKTOP AND IT WORKS FINE FROM THERE, BUT IT STILL DOES NOT WORK THRU GOHPER.
