limiting jobs per month

Some customers I have are being charged a flat rate per month and I don't want to cut them more than 4 times a month. Is there a way to schedule the jobs so that say there are 5 mondays in a certain month, to not schedule it on the 5th monday?

When you schedule a job in the schedule page by clicking new, a schedule wizard will appear. On the frequency step, choose the Custom schedule type and then you can set maximum visits per month in that window.
