is there another way i can add extra work I do throughout the month without having to right click on the calendar and then schedule a one time job? I guess I could also add a line item to the invoice at the end of the month but is there another simpler way?

Yes I had the same problem before, all you have to do is open schedule and then on click on the right where it says completed jobs, thed click add service or material (whicever is the case) choose the customer and so on, next time you generate your invoices the charge will appear.

I agree, the easiest way to enter side work is just go to the schedule page and then the completed jobs tab and just enter what ever you need to do so you wont forget it.
