Pricing and laying Sod

I have a customer that I have had for a while and he wants to rip up his old grass and lay all new st Augustine down. I have only done a few sod jobs and do not want to under price myself or over price. I just want to be fair to both him and I but, also don't want him to call someone else to do it. How do I get this done cash effectly and properly? Someone Help!!!!

The yard is 125x 100 if that helps!

A lot of people say to take the cost of materials and double it. Also, make sure to put down some new soil beneath what you're ripping up. On a lawn that big, you might want a bobcat to tear up the old stuff, since it would be pretty tough by hand.
