I went out and mowed my 8 yards today, had NO breakdowns or other problems. I gave 4 estimates and got every one of them. Another 800 a month income. Hooweee its gonna be a great year

We here a lot of the crazy things that happen but not a lot of the good stuff. So here was one of those good posts :)

Wow. That's really impressive. Is that how Florida really is? Sounds like I should move down there.

Yep 52 services a year for commercial, 40 for residential. I love it. The only problems is the rain during the week it screws up my schedule

As far as the rain, I always think about that everytime we go to Fla....The daily afternoon showers have to be tough to deal with at times..

It's all good, it cools things off, then you have to work in the 100% humidity and 95+ degrees heat. All your customers are happy to see you in their yard again. Checks arrive on time this time of year. lol

I lived in Florida for a year. I don't remember the weather being that oppressive? Maybe it was because I lived a mile from the coast, so there was always a breeze.

Deal with the heat and humidity. If those guys and go into the sand box, walk 20 miles, carrying 125 lbs of stuff, get shot at every day, then I can sit on the mower in 90 degree heat, and 80 percent humidity.
