How do I sharpen a Reel mower

I picked up a used TruCut 20' reel mower. Any advice on how to sharpen the reel blade?

I don't know how, but my big question is...why would you buy that? Starting a "green" lawn service????

I have two customers who have bentgrass lawns in there front lawns. They are time consuming to maintain but I have a contract that pays very well to maintain them. There is only one other lawn maintenance company in the County that will even consider this type of lawn.

You can do a better job with a sharpening system but they are expensive and most shops do not have them.
