Good question!

I use several cameras in most of my videos, in this particular series where I've been doing leaf work, where I haven't done any editing at all because I want these videos to be out earlier.

I used my Android cell phones camera. The last few shots were actually taken with an actual Canon camcorder, random test footage I've kept around.

In videos where I want the quality to be perfect, I'd use a GoPro (http://gopro.com/products/?gclid=CLKs2Z3IwLMCFcXb4AodFm4Aww) camera, which can mount to any surface and give me more stable video with zero bumps and such. It's also good for getting a wider image, with lots of depth!

In winter, I plan on taking my time considering how long the season is. I'll be wearing my home-made microphone for better sound quality, and using every damn camera I have!

I'll be adjusting lots of settings so there's no glare, and proper colors.

Exciting!

-

TIP: Lift the headrest of the passenger seat in your truck, and jam your camera in between the seat and the headrest - it keeps it locked in there and gives a nice stable shot while driving hands free!

Example in my previous video (http://youtu.be/TXDOJVeXosE?hd=1).

Nice, a friend of mine has one of those go pro cameras. He uses it for shooting video when he's out riding his quad. It really takes some amazingly good video and holds pretty steady. It's nice that you can attach it to anything and remain hands free.

Good job again man.

The GoPro is fun to use! Watching the videos after make me crazy dizzy though! LOL

I appreciate your feedback, makes it all worthwhile!

Very nice work and very creative!

You know what might work too, if you were to include some down time video as well. Like hanging out at a bar, drinking, and laughing or whatever with some friends. It could put a wrap on a day with Scott.

I love the idea, but man o' man is my life boring LOL!

I'll figure something out, would help pass the time!

Thanks!

Find the wildest crazy bar in town and set up your go pro camera to record everything that goes on while you are there LOL

I am sure no one would notice you carrying some kind of camera on a mount like this. :D
