recieved a emailing asking for help with zoysia problem

Received a email.saying

Need help diagnosing our problem with Zoysia dieing. Seems like my perfect Zoysia that grew and spread over the last 20 years has got some sort of disease or fungus and died in a large 40 X 20ft area of our back yard. There is a lot of dead grass and weeds now growing in it's place. I would love to save what's left and put new in it dead place if I can get it to spread again. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I really don't know what todo or tewt to preform. This is in the st Louis Missouri area. Anyone have any ideals on what I should do.

FERTILIZE WITH SOME POTASIUM AND POTISH AND THAT'S IT BABY THEN TELL THE CUSTOMER SOME INSTRUCTION ABOUT WATERING 3 TIMES A DAY 14 TO 21 DAYS BUALA NEW GRASS U ARE THE CHAMPION MY FRIEND:cool:

Can you also get a soil test done of the effected soil? That might give you a better understanding of what is going on.
