looking to make a leaf box for my dump truck. Thinking 4 foot high plywood sides bring total truck to 9' tall. Any help would be great (photos). I get my 16hp loader back this weekend and then we play!!!
thanks will

I know we had a bunch of discussions on this in the past with pictures but I can't find it LOL
Here are some pictures. I'd love to see what you are designing. Keep us updated.

Just make sure there is enough air. A lot of people use a mesh top with the rest wood. It helps break it down and fill up better

Are you going to draw out any designs before you start fabricating it? I'd love to see what you are doing. Keep us posted.

Oh fascinating! What did you have to do to get it to start working again?

one of the push rod was bad (replaced all)
one head gasket
spark plugs
fuel filter
cleaned gas tank
fixed safety switch (no spark)
replaced the carb
all said and done I am into it for $800 about $200 more than I would like

Ok, so to mount my loader I added a shelf to my trailer and a crane to get it up there.

And I bought a broken lawn tractor for its easy empty grass catch. Modified it to "fit" my Z-turn today.
Man not needing to get off to empty the bagger is great will help with fall cleanups

If thats the total price then you got a steal. I been looking for one but anything bigger then 12hp is fetching $1500-$2000. I seen the smaller ones for half that but I dont have faith they could do what I want.

$800 is the total I was hoping less because I got it off ebay for $210 and not had a shop fix it (I just didn't have time to play)
The 16hp is heavy and hard to move around but man it has POWER

What a fantastic setup! It looks like you spent a lot of time perfecting all that! I bet with all of it working, your operation is a lot faster picking up leaves than in the past.

Those pictures would make for some great postcard marketing material for leaf cleanups.
