Is this the way of the future or no?

This is cool. I can see where its going, if a little more thought and more info was listed then this could be a really great tool for your website as a lco.

The thing I wonder is, can this actually work? Wouldn't most people simply choose the smaller yard price?

Do you need to have a square footage description set up somewhere?
