This is better than I first read. GREAT JOB putting this together. I think best part so far is the Business Plan section, this is one of the hardest thing a business owner has to do. With out a good plan you will fail or at least not grow and you'll find yourself sitting back wondering why. DB did a fantastic job with this one, I have never read better, if he/she was to present this to me with their previous years P&L I wouldnt hesitate procreeding to the next step of lending money for this business. This comes from someone with over 20 years of business ownership expierence and I have wrote a few in my time, but nothing this well written.
