Not bad. I have a Blue Bird power rake that works so good that I'd have to stick with that. I like to rent the areator and the one I rent might be old school. It has weights on the side and is a very heavy unit but works real good. I really like the seeder and would love to give it a try. I also rent a seeder in late summer or fall. I wait untill I have a about a dozen or so seed jobs lined up then rent it.

I think renting these things are the best way to go.
