Now if this isn't an amazing story! I don't know anyone who had sold his first house at 15 years of age!

Steve really is kicking butt. The most amazing entrepreneurs get their start in the lawn care industry!

What's your take on this?

Young tycoon sets sights high (http://tvnz.co.nz/view/page/536641/1381276) - Millionaire, property developer, realtor - it's quite a CV, especially when you find out it is the business profile of a Christchurch 20-year-old.

Steve Brooks motivation goes back to when he was just 10 years old - his parents had separated and life was pretty tough.

"From then I decided ... I want to be a millionaire by the time I'm 21, so I went out, had small little businesses, lawn mowing rounds, delivering newspapers," he says.

His list of achievements is enough to make anyone feel a bit tired. He sold his first house at 15, became a landlord at 16, and the teen tycoon's assets hit the million dollar mark at 19 years old.
