Need motor replacment advice asap

I have an older 61" scag walk behind, belt driven. pull start
I am needing to replace to motor wich is a koehler sw18

i cannot find another motor like it so i was wandering if it is possible to replace with another motor, via kawasaki, another koehler model, etc.

i know i have to watch the size of the main shaft. any suggestions would help.

There was a site that you entered the model and it would tell you what you could swap it with. I cant remember the name for the life of me.

That is easier said then done, you have different wiring harnesses for different engines. You can also run into bolt pattern changes but for the most part you do not run into that as often. Post the full engine and code and I will see what I can find that will fit if you want.
