Yard-service workers say quality is the key (http://www.jacksonville.com/tu-online/stories/090107/nen_195904229.shtml) - Running a lawn care business in Nassau County is all about making and keeping a good reputation. And in an industry that experiences high turnover, that's impossible without employees who like their job, a local lawn care company manager said.

"It's all about keeping your accounts and keeping people happy," said Jason Eubanks of the six-year-old Tru-Cut Lawn and Landscaping of Fernandina Beach. "That's the bottom line. Take good care of your help and they treat your equipment like it's their own. It's good when everybody's happy."
