Planting Grass Seed for Client

I live in an area where there are a couple lakes are, and people come from down state to stay at their cabins. I received a call from a woman that lives on one of the lakes wanting her leaves cleaned up, front yard level off, and grass planted. Being whereas the home owner will not be present after I plant this grass kind of throws me for a curve ball. Has anyone ever offered an additional service where they would water the grass for the first week of germination?
