When you aren't sure which of your services will take off, you could always go this route. This entrepreneur does almost anything and is paid $30 to $40 per hour.

What do you think of this business concept?

Business gives you Time to Spare (http://desmoinesregister.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070809/BUSINESS/708090319/1001/NEWS) - Carmen Light of Urbandale named her business Time to Spare, because it's all about giving people extra time.

Her personal services company includes a variety of services designed to relieve the stress of living, she said.

Light packs and unpacks, does lawn work, home and garage organizing, pet sitting and pet waste removal, laundry, shopping, cleaning and painting.

As if that wasn't enough, she also helps balance check books, pay bills, picks up prescriptions and offers nonmedical senior care. She also runs errands such as delivering the kids' left-behind homework and lunches to school. Can't stick around for the repair person? She'll wait for them, keep an eye on your place and lock up afterward.

I think it is a great way to experiment. Then you can see which idea is more in demand and possibly focus on that one.

Yup, for you are not shooting yourself in the foot by a limited number of services

It's kind of amazing, for all the services she provides, she charges $30 - $40 an hour. Including painting!
