Hi I am new in the lawn care business, just started a few months ago, now i have several calls for sod replacement. Customers are asking for Bahia. How should I price this, removal, delivery and isntallation of the sod. Should I do it per pallet or per square foot? I have 2 workers. Can anyone please advise. I am in the central florida area.
