As a minor, he has a right to have parents at any of that type of questioning. He and his family can seek damages from the school I think. His family should consult a lawyer on what they can do.

Schools suck :) Now I say this while I also say get all the education you can, but this type of behavior is expected from school administrators.

Get through school, graduate and kick *** in the business world.

Now will you all join me in singing 'we don't need no education."

So with all this said and done did he roll up a nice fat dubbie and have a blast.
You can see him grinning ear to ear when he say "who doesn't enjoy a good hand rolled Tobacco Cigarette"
I think this is hilarious not that he got expelled or that he is a pot head but nothing has changed in school since I was there in the 70/80's.
The kids are all about having some fun and the Teachers are all about ruining it for them.
Ahhhhh Growing up is such fun.
Now excuse me bur I am getting my rolling papers and am going out to the Shed to have a nice hand rolled Tobacco Cigarette.

The school personnel do not have a legal right to search anyones car. If they think that someone may have something in thier car that is unlawfull they cann call the police. Remember Police cannot search your car without your permission or probable cause. I wold suggest that parents call a lawyer, the actions taken by the school were illeagle, and actionable.

It's kind of funny but not at the same time. He is not going to take disciplinary action because he does not want to deal with all the headache. He will go to a community college to get his GED and then hopefully get into a university. THe video is just blowing up it almost 10,000 views in 6 days
