Computer Scan

What do you guys recommend for a great computer scan for adware, spyware, viruses etc?

I use Norton 360 for firewall and anti-virus, Spybot (free) for spyware. No complaints about either one as they work fine.

Have you ever heard of adaware? It's for spyware and works good.
