I am new to the business and will be working with a friend who is loading up on equipment right now. I hope to start a new career in this biz. What are some of your next upcoming steps to get your lawn care business off the ground?

We are buying good equipment, talking to people like nursery managers, we do a lot of cold calling like just walking in and trying to get business. It works especiallly when you can find places with big needs. I will have some video on the website of some before and after shots
