Low Bid, no contract

Contract not awarded to the lowest bidder. I tfound this in the local paper and thought that it was interesting.

It looks like in this case it was who you know not what you know.

The guy who won, was connected.

I totally agree. If they were family members, then they should not have voted or been allowed to vote. Instead let the other board members vote on it
