Literature packet help

Hi there not sure where there is a discussion or not but woundering what you guys would put in a literature packet to new customers. or new commercial accounts. Looking for ideas. Also anyone got any new fliers and templates you can upload to the template area? i see there hasnt been any new stuff for a while
