Does that site help you with the html or do you not have to bother with it?

Also, do you duplicate the wording in the graphic, also in text format so it can be searched for?

You should include keywords under the ad in text. I am not sure if that ad as is would be searchable in results. Towns, zipcodes and services you offer.

Keywords: Growing Green, Lawn care, cutting, trimming, mulching, weedeating, mowing, fertilizing, compost, green, pasture, debris, organizing, removal, tree, grass, plants, flowers, lawn, quality, landscaping, land, scaping, lawn maintenance, edging, weed-eating, clean-up, garage, cleanup, mow, organic, lawn service, gardening, vegetables, garden, gardener
