Bidding for snow removal/salt spreading

Hello. I'm looking for some input from some seasoned veterans in snow removal/salting. I'm looking at a commercial property for snow removal with a 2" trigger for pushing. I estimate about 1/2 hour of hand work and 1 1/2-2 hours pushing snow with my truck, and roughly 200 lbs of salt to spread. Any ideas on a flat rate per month for snow removal, and then how much per salt application? Also, should I have a "blizzard clause" in the contract and if so at how much snow? Thanks a lot I appreciate the input.
