I'd by as many as I could afford ... well if they were solid platinum for $35. After I sell them and retire to a life of luxury I'll keep a couple just to show how rich I'll be. "My yard guys mow with solid platinum blades!"

Heck, they'd probably be worth $100 if they were plated with a platinum alloy.

I do wonder what is going on with this. I did a search and found the price for platinum is around $1800 an ounce.

So I have no idea what the heck could be made of platinum on this blade for that price.

Those are standard stens blades, they call them platinum blades so guess he thought thats what they made them out of. Bet the guy running the site has never bought a mower blade before.
