Lets talk about landscape design

What do you guys think about it? Prerecs? I already know the rules and regs of my area but design has been an area that has interested me for some time. Do you think its as easy as drawing a picture and then having a landscape contractor make it happen or do it yourself assuming you are a licensed contractor. I think this is a very important area for a lot of businesses here that is not hit on nearly enough.

First off, what is keeping you from doing it all yourself now? What would it take to be licensed in your area to do all this?
