My son and I put a brand new Kohler 30hp on it 1/2 day yesterday and today.. he did most of the unbolting.. Im very proud of him..

you should let your son finish tearing that one apart, you should have some good parts like coils a spare carb if you clean it well. Plus if you post some pics here I might be able to tell you how it broke.

Can you tell us what happened to the engine? It's hard to tell for sure what is going on with the pics and not being there to inspect it.
