The Dream


Hire and train 6 fit guys, all paid commission.

Have groups of three go door to door banging out lawns.

I will be getting several more mowers and trimmers to throw at them.

I will be riding around with a trailer full of gas, string, bags, etc.


The idea is to have scheduled customers, and "other". With my current stability this will be great to really "takeover".


I really want to tank through next season.

It's going to be a lot harder than it sounds. It's gotta happen!

What's your view on the benefit of this strategy? Would you try to get these customers to become weekly or would these all just be one time customers?
