industry standards

I know all of this varies between different companies but are there industry standards to go by? i.e. percentages of labor,fuel,insurance,etc. to income

I'm trying to evaluate where my company is today and where it should be.

I am sure if we surveyed all the members, we could come up with some kind of standards for each, but I don't have any figures like that.

Are there things you would like to be improving upon now? Or are you feeling your business should be in a certain place but you are not there yet?

Do you feel anything is holding you back?
