Vonage is pretty good depending on your internet connection.
They have a lot of nice "extras" free, like call forwarding, call transfer, ring more then 1 number at the same time, etc.

the support can be bad, but just ask for advanced support...
Also if your using it for biz. then get a biz. plan...not a home plan

I don't have this type of service but have found a site that might give you info you need.

Go to (comparevoipproviders.org) they give you side by side comparisons of providers with all of the options. Hope this will help you.
