Trouble Modifying Door Hanger Templates

I've tried different programs to change a couple of the door hanger templates provided here on the site, but no luck...

Anyone here tell me what program to use or maybe they can assist me?

I think I'd like to try ordering blank hangers then just printing my own out for now, unless someone knows where I can submit my artwork to be printed, at a decent cost?

Hi Jason,

There are a bunch of different file formats on here and some are more easier to edit than others. If all else fails, can you take a screen cap of the door hanger image and then manipulate it with a graphics program to fit your needs?
